grain direction
What would the grain direction be for a 5 x 3 card printed landscape? Thanks in advance for your answers.

Oh, are you asking if there is a preferred grain direction for a 5x3 card? I usually only worry about grain if I'm folding the paper or adhering it to something else with grain.

Kseniya, thanks for your reply. I do know how to determine grain direction, just wondering about the card I mentioned if grain would be as, for instance, in a business card printed landscape or would I want the grain to run perpendicular to the type since it is 3.5" high not just 2" high. Does that make sense?

You can test it by flexing the sheet both ways; whichever way bends the most readily is the grain direction.
