ooooo, I’m in, I love the Hello, from…. idea. How about right after Labor Day?

I don’t think one exists for purchase–I made one out of cardstock that I use over and over (and have a die, too, for large orders) . . . I’ve heard that some people also just cut them in their paper cutter, since it doesn’t matter a whole lot what the point looks like–the recipient won’t see it once they slit open the sealed envelope.

i know, but i think i’m going to buy more. i just hate the thought of trying to be eco-friendly and buying the regular plastic bags. they will for sure be thrown away. oh, but that is my own issue. i think i am going to put a set of cards in one of the bags and put it in my car today and see what happens. i’ll report back.

I like an end of the summer due date on these postcards. Any input/preferance on before or after Labor Day?

I would think they are the same thing. Just make sure they are .918″ high and made of some good metal, like, magnesium, copper, or lead. They should be mounted on wood or metal. Ebay is a great source for them.

I don’t think it would be dorky, either! I think it would be cool if everyone who wanted to wore theirs on the same day. When?Myself and another of us will be there the first setup day, the 13th, and then more will trickle in from there. When are you getting in?

How about making this a summer project, and set the deadline for the end of August? (This is the timeline that works best for me – sorry if it seems like the distant future for everyone.)

sounds great Kseniya! this may be dorky, but should all of us LOL’s wear our tshirts on a given day? maybe that’s too silly, but i think it could support all of us out there. people will keep seeing us everywhere. 😉 glad to have the meeting spot. what day are y’all going to get there and start setting up?

I got a box with assorted sizes from M&H as well, about 6 years ago. Then I found a misc box that came with my type that had old ones inside. So they did make them, in fact they are on my California case “map”. But none were found in any of my type drawers years ago when I actually looked through all of them. 😉
