For LoLPCon 2012, we’ve lined up a group of power players for a panel called Business and Legal Matters Q&A:

Notice that we have printers, business owners, and two lawyers on board to answer all of your most pressing questions! We’ll be taking questions from the audience, but we’d like to compile a list of questions from all of our members, whether you can make it to the conference or not. After the conference, an audio file of this Q&A will be available for those who can’t join us this summer.

– What type of information should be used in a contract with a customer and how should it be worded?
– Also, I rent space in a large warehouse – what type of insurance do I need (if any) for the print shop and the business? What does it cover?

What are unique or different ways you market? What are traditionally marketing strategies that have worked for you? What’s the most effective way you’ve marketed your business?
