@thedarkstamper I am by White Rock Lake in East Dallas. I have a Chandler & Price 8×12 that is still crated (still crated in the studio due to the jerk neighbor that has turned us in to the city) , a smaller C&P table to that I love and and a Vandercook (not the one that everyone wants). We are talking to a civil engineer tomorrow that can hopefuly prove that the studio we have will not interfere with the anything flood zone. Keep your fingers crossed because I don’t have any place else that this equipment can go! I sure can’t leave it outside and it can’t go in our house. Keep in touch and thank you for writing back!
