@thedarkstamper Hi Dark Stamper,
I recently just purchased the two Adana’s that I have. Both came from England and I purchased both on Ebay. The Adana 8×5 is the prefect table top press for a beginner or someone who can’t purchase a huge press for the moment. It is is easy to work with and can do the job. If you need to do deep impressions it can be adjusted to do so as long as you pad it and adjust it for deep impressions. I have had to purchase new rollers and I took it to a friend to have it serviced just to make sure everything was prefect. We cleaned it up and oiled it and did some major adjustments to it, but it works find for small runs. The smaller one I just received and it to is in great condition. It is rather small, but cute for smaller printing. Nothing to big. I had to contact Boxcar Press to get a smaller base for it. I one thing I find about the Adana press is that you have to play with them to get it just so. This can be a real pain!!!! I haven’t started working on the smaller one just yet, but I will let you know how it works. I really have no real complaints about it just yet. Still working on it is all. Hope that this helps a little bit. We will talk more about it. I am waiting for some plates to come in. I want a deeper impressions so I am getting a harder plastic plate this time. I will let you know how things turn out. Wish me luck.
Have a good one.
