I have had my Adana 8×5 for around 2 months now and am loving it.
I have been getting some great results since renewing the rollers but I do have a couple of questions if anyone can help. I have been having trouble getting a good impression (deboss) from the press, so any advice welcome. I have been using Crane’s Lettra paper, so don’t think that that it the issue.
Secondly I have sourced a couple of suppliers in the UK who can provide me with polymere plates to use on the press, so I can design on Mac and print on Letterpress. Has anyone got any recommendations for suppliers they use. I see Boxcar Press in the US offer a great service and offer plates for deeper deboss, but it is quite expensive when you include shipping.
Any advice hugely welcome. Jo 🙂
