Anyone recommend a good paper cutter?

Hi all!

I am looking to invest in a paper cutter-  While I have seen some good old heavy duty vintage ones in my various letterpress adventures, I am looking for a new one.  Can anyone recommend a decent cutter between $300 and $500.  I am hoping to get one in this price range that will cut an accurate stack of paper and not junk up the sides?

I have a Kutrimmer that is really nice. I have the large freestanding model which is a bit more costly but they make tabletop versions that are less expensive.http://www.abcoffice.com/armcut1.htm is where i found mine.
