Brand new seeking advice

Hi all,

Thanks for the chance to join. I’m brand new to the letterpressing life, though have been dreaming/planning/scheming for years. 

I recently was loaned a Speedball Printmaster Heavy Duty Press from a lino/woodblock printer. Can I use this for basic letterpressing as well? The printer who loaned it doesn’t have a letterpress background so she wasn’t sure.

I’m just looking to start with basic stationery, cards, etc for now.
