    Hi, Gals (and Guys):

I am about to take in a wedding suite order in collaboration with a calligraphy who is awesome.  The Invites and return cards will more than likely be Lettra 110#, but the artist specifically asked that I not use their envelopes.  She will be hand lettering these envelopes, and it seems that Lettra’s matching envelopes bleed india ink owing to it’s open fibre characteristic.  Any pointers where I might find some calligraphy-friendly envelopes, 4-Bar, A7 inner / outer that will go well with Pearl White Lettra cards?

    Thanx!

Gary,From what i understand, there is no sizing in the lettra paper. As a result, ink can travel on the fibers. Crane’s Crest is a perfect match for color. It does have a watermark. Strathmore writing, color soft white is a good match also.
