Legacy of Letters Tour+Workshops, June 23 to July 4 2013

A couple of fellow LoLP members are already joining us on our trip to Northern Italy this summer, so we wanted to spread the word… there are three days left to register with the early-bird discount!

This year we’re offering a Spencerian lettering calligraphy workshop with Tony Di Spigna, a typesetting and printing workshop with Lucio Passerini at the Tipoteca Italiana Fondazione (both metal and wood type), and several visits to musems, libraries, and rare book other collections to check out incunabula and manuscripts. Hours at the press will be interspersed with fine Italian food, good local wines, and the companionship of fellow type- and print enthusiasts.
