    hi everyone.

I’m hoping that I can get some recommendations to online paper sources.

I’d love to find some great cotton or other alternate/treeless materials as well. And recycled.

So far I’ve gotten most of my paper from: http://www.paper-papers.com

    thanks!

I’ve gotten a few orders from paper-papers.com but I also got some from letterpresspaper.com and frenchpaper.com. I found that it was cheaper to get some savoy from letterpresspaper.com and have it cut down by a local print shop. I also have ordered some holyoke papers from holyokedirect.com. I like them but way pricey. if you’re not in a super tight deadline, then I would get parent sheets from letterpresspaper.com otherwise, I think paper-papers.com have pre-cut ones.

so far, I’ve gotten a few sample packs of cotton and bamboo papers. I like Savoy, Lettra, Arturo and Legion Bamboo, though Crane’s colors were nice too. French papers are okay, but I prefer the softer paper myself.

    hope that helps.

I like Jack Richeson recycled watercolor paper. It’s one of the few recycled papers I like to print on. It’s fairly heavy, and I usually print it damp. It’s also an economical choice — I get it at a dollar per 22×30″ sheet.

Another nice thing about the paper is that, unlike many watercolor papers, there isn’t a deckle.
