Pressing On: The Letterpress Film + LOLP Member Challenge

We challenge Ladies of Letterpress members to contribute to Pressing On: The Letterpress Film to help the filmmakers reach their Kickstarter goal by May 23!

Why contribute? While it sometimes feels like we’re reinventing the wheel when we print, we’re all really following an ancient tradition of invention and re-invention. And we’ve all had times when we’ve had to break down and call a printer with more experience to help us out of a printing pickle. Let’s support this film and the people who help us be the best printers we can be!

 

Special Bonuses for Individual Contributions:

• 5 randomly selected LOLP members who contribute $25+ will receive copies of the Ladies of Letterpress book.
• 1 randomly selected contributing LOLP member will receive free registration (a $345 value) to Type on the Cob II, June 11?13, 2015.
• After making your donation to Pressing On, use the “Contact me” link via Kickstarter and send a message to Erin Beckloff to notify her that your donation counts toward the LOLP Challenge.
• If you have already contributed to the film you can still “Contact me” via Kickstarter and you will be added to the LOLP Challenge.

The LOLP Challenge!

If LOLP members reach:

• $700 in combined contributions, Ladies of Letterpress will earn an Associate Producer credit on the film
• $3,000 in combined contributions and the Pressing On creators will do a private LOLP screening of the film + Q&A (location TBD)
• $5,000 in combined contributions and “Ladies of Letterpress” will earn a Co-Producer credit
