hi, i’m kinda new to printing and am having thee worst time getting my proof press to print properly. the type is hand inked, so i know it’s even and i’ve messed around with packing and i’m still getting one light and speckled part of the text. i am using lettra paper and kelsey multi-purpose ink, which i think is oil based?
any thoughts? i’m wondering if the cylinder is messed up in some way. it’s a rubber covered one so maybe it has been worn down?
