I have used a carl paper trimmer but now I use a score board I bought off ebay.

Manual table top Professional Scoring Creasing / Creaser Machine – 14¨capacity was the title. And I really like it. It has guides that are not just magnetic – you screw them down with hand screws and it keeps them more stable! I paid around $170usd

And its a one motion score not like the carl which you had to lock down and then run the wheel across. 

So far the only annoyance is I wish that it had a little more space to slide the paper in (and for me I wish it was much smaller! it is HUGE!)

An update on the swap. We have had several folks drop out of the swap. We have one more gal doing her submission – I should have it any day now! If it doesn’t come by end of next week we will just go forward and ship out the submissions as is. Its disappointing to me to be only sending roughly half completed, this is the lowest completion rate I have ever had on ANY swap. 

I know many of your have expressed your annoyances that this is not finished up. I do apologize but remember to not shoot the messenger. And also remember my studio is tiny and I do not enjoy having the corner filled with the submissions any more than you like waiting! I do apologize sincerely for the delays.

We have not received from two members, I think however I need to just finish this and move on! So what I am going to do it begin collating to send out. I am sorry this drug on this time, I hate when swaps take this long! I will be contacting the international participants with your shipping costs as soon I get everything collated!

Shipped to me around June 20th, I will then pull them together and calculate shipping and ship out.

But for all the USA folks I know its going to fit in a flat rate box — $12 so if you want to mail checks to me with your submissions that is fine! For International we will want to first class and I will need an exact weight for that so I hope our couple of international participants will be willing to wait until I have all the submissions then you can paypal your money to me.
