After 12+ years of working in upper management corporate retail, I found my calling with another incredible human whose sense of humor filled me with joy. He had a great line of cards both sarcastic and humorous and taught me the basics of printing. Fast forward a bit and I took a leap of faith, leaving my financially mildly comfortable job with all of its soul crushing anxieties behind and became a full time printer. Now I design cards with my partner, spend a lot of time making up absurdities, and the only beast in my world is my beautiful C&P. (And trying to find a way to truly print opaque whites outside of screen printing)
