Hello! I’m Hannah…In January 2014 I set up Peg Press and began my adventure in letterpress.A few months later I left my job as Design Manager at Tigerprint (Hallmark plc) – where I had worked for 6 years on Marks & Spencer stationery and gifts – for a job in which I’m lucky enough to work hands on with letterpress every day.I am now Studio Manager for letterpress print band Prelogram where I work on everything from greetings card design to brand identity.I’m also undertaking a printing apprenticeship with the Prelogram print team so I can learn all there is to know about letterpress. Once I graduate from making tea I’ll be building up experience in everything from type setting to ink mixing.My love of bold colour, clean lines and tactile materials makes letterpress a natural fit for my design style – out of office hours I work on Peg Press, honing my design skills and printing with my trusty little Adana 3×5.If you’d like to know more or have a brief for me, please get in touch I’d love to hear from you!
