I have been in the print industry for about 9 yrs and have been an owner/operator of a letterpress for about 4yrs. I am basically self taught with absolutly wonderful help from my press mechanic, bob schmidt. My business partner has been in the industry for 23 yrs, from newspapers to advertising to print shops. At the moment our business is mostly commercial/industrial, basically crash numbering, die cutting,scoring,perfing. I am enamored with letterpress printing and love what I do now. My goal is to learn more about color printing and embossing.
