with a communication studies and media arts degree from james madison university, a master?s in education from the university of georgia, and a successful career on the design and merchandising teams at kate spade new york, jillian has many interests, but her true love is style. she has learned from the best (tim gunn and kate spade to name a few) and now uses that experience to create and style beautiful, one-of-a-kind, weddings.jillian, originally from annapolis, md but a new yorker for the past four years, recently took a leap of faith and packed up her city lifestyle and fashion career for the life she?d always dreamt of. she now works out of her cabin-esque home in norwich, vermont where she lives with her fiancé matt and their golden retriever puppy, tucker. when she?s not designing wedding invitations she?s busy teaching and writing merchandising classes for the academy of art university in san francisco. in her spare time she can be found in the kitchen baking up something delicious or outside running with tucker, hiking, cycling, snow shoeing, or skiing, and planning her own wedding, of course!
