I received my PhD in English from the University of Oregon in 2008. To maintain my sanity in graduate school, I escaped to the UO typography lab, where I discovered letterpress. I combine my love of the written word with specialized bookbinding and printmaking techniques and run a Vandercook SP-15 out of my home studio.
