Whitney Lyn Stahl is a book, paper, & print artist currently living in Asheville, NC.
Adjunct Faculty member of Warren Wilson College & Western Carolina University.
Whitney is a graduate of the Corcoran College of Art & Design in Washington, DC. She had an internship in the Rare Book & Special Collections researching & archiving their wide range of Artists’ Books & Fine Press Books. After graduating, Whitney assisted paper artist Peter Sowiski at Penland School of Crafts. She also worked with fiber artist Gibby Waitzkin on her solo show ‘Continuum of Being.’
As well as being an artist, Whitney has been a graphic designer for the past 12 years designing everything from invitations to window displays.
She is currently in Cortona, Italy as a printmaking instructor for the UGA Studies Abroad Program in Cortona.
