I, Patricia, graduated with a BFA in Communication Design from MIAD in Milwaukee, WI in 2004, fell in love with letterpress paper goods soon after that and moved back to Germany in 2008 to get married to my partner in crime Gordon. In 2010 I first bought a GOCCO silkscreen printer, in 2012 got a ADANA printer and in 2015 added a Boston Style Tiegel. Just last year at the beginning of 2017 my husband and I took the plundge and started an official business with VON MUTTERN paper goods. Our motto HAPTIK STATT HEKTIK refers to the beauty of touching letterpress goods, celebrating the impression made and the fine papers used. Now I also get help from a local vendor to get the workload done in time.
