Marcy Leasum Orwig, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor in the College of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Her research focuses on workplace writing, and most recently, she contributed a chapter to an edited collection that won the 2019 Distinguished Book Award from the Association for Business Communication.

She created Water Cooler Press in 2021 to combine her teaching and researching experience with letterpress art. Her inaugural art print, “This is a Business Office,” was included in the New Impressions 2022 Exhibition at the Hamilton Wood Type and Printing Museum, where it received the “People’s Choice” Award.
