Porridge Papers makes their own paper – i’ve gotten a letterpressed sample in Uppercase magazine once – the issue dedicated to letterpress. the paper thickness and texture, color (2 sides were different colors) were very impressive – pun intended 🙂

I like the KASSETT Ikea boxes – they’re perfect for a2 sized cards, or the slightly bigger if the card/panel size is larger than a2http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/40224319/#/10224325they’re nice and clean and very presentable

@lisahasegawa Hi Lisa,
Getting on my press tomorrow to see what the problem is. Â It works great but the rollers don’t ink evenly. Â Going to try what I know might be wrong but I may be in contact with you about what else I might try. Â Hope your trip back was good. Â I just got back home today. -

make sure you get new rollers!!use the right amount of packing and a roller gage. Â Once you start printing you’ll figure out the quirks and trouble shoot from there.Â

jennifer manning-gilbreath replied to the topic Best way to print bleeds? in the forum Business Matters 12 years, 10 months ago
Hi Ondine,I’m also curious about this question. When I’ve had bleeds in the past, I just cut the paper to exact size and let the ink come of the edge and print on the tympan paper. At first I was worried that this would get ink on the back of my paper, but I guess I was careful enough when I hand-fed that it didn’t. Best of luck!Jennifer
