Here’s a photo of the type case and some of the other extras.  Check out this rare business card sized chase.

I could be wrong, but isn’t the area where the key goes to hold the flywheel onto the crank shaft.  So, it looks like your flywheel is missing the key/pin.

Since they are pretty tough to get off, I don’t know that someone makes and sells that specific part on a regular basis.  But you can contact DeFelice Engineering to see if they can help you out.  http://www.defeliceenginc.com The guys a DeFelice are experienced machinists who specialize in C & P restorations, among other things.  Their work is just beautiful.  So, if they haven’t scrapped the part from another machine, they might be able to custom make the piece for you.

They have several options.  I would check out their site or contact them directly for more information.  I live in the U.S., so I know nothing about customs and shipping to another country.

No problem.  I have a laser engraver/cutter that I use to engrave wood printing blocks, but I also engrave and cut veneer all the time.  I have stacks and stacks of the stuff.  I stock up when they have their remnant sale.  The maple is my favorite.

I know this is a little old, but I get wood veneer for printing at http://www.cardsofwood.com  I buy the 11 x 17 and 22 x 24 via their sheets and cut them down to size.  They have remnants for sale, too.  They are the same quality as their regular sheets, but far less expensive…perfect for practicing.
