    Hey Ren, I have been using the acrylic vs ink on and off for a few years and find it great everytime.

    It is a thinner ink than rubber base and rolls out quickly on the ink disc, dries quickly, stays open on the rollers and disc. yeah its good stuff

    Sam. the second picture is of the gripper bar tension spring hole.

    here are 2 pictures of a press with the spring in place.

    the one loop spring is attached to the gripper bar by means of a ‘knuckle’ and the set screw on top locks it to the gripper bar.

    The screws in the first picture are not original and could be to help support the chase into the bed of the press. do you have a chase for the press
