    Hi Cynthia,

    Where are you located?

Hey Malinee! It’s easiest to stand on the right side (if you’re facing the press), and start from the bottom roller on up. You can pull the saddle out with one hand and wiggle the roller free of the hook.

Hey Nancy–that’s great! There should be a link in the email you received to confirm your registration; if not, if you go back to the registration page, there will be a link to view or change your registration. If you don’t see that link, let me know!

So cool! Thank you for the mention and for letting us know! You might also mention the in-person skill-share that is the conference, October 3-6, in StL!

We sometimes just use a paint roller and a light adhesive for small quantites!

Or . . . you could try rotating the rollers. Sometimes that solves mystery problems for me when I’ve tried everything else.

Hi Gary! Have you tried raising the rollers a bit higher near the top of the form with some tape? Or . . . roller bearers? Maybe solid bars outside the trim area on the plate would help?

Thanks Melanie! 😀 I had very little to do with it aside from approving already good ideas!

I generally rely on experience on judging how much overage we need. The more complicated the job, or the tighter the registration, obviously the more waste there’ll be. Of course that goes without saying, but I’m lucky in that it’s not a big deal (usually, unless I’ve finished two runs and discover the press has been pulling doubles the whole time) to quickly cut down more stock if necessary. 25 extra press sheets is usually about right.

No worries! If you hover over the pdf, a menu at the bottom will appear with a symbol to download the .pdf that looks like a sheet with an arrow. If you download the .pdf and open it on your PC, you’ll be able to zoom to your heart’s content. I’ll add a note to that effect on the page!
